Equipment for the secure continuous treatment of large effluent volumes
Actini Group’s patented FDS continuous systems are available in standard or fully customizable versions, offering optimal flexibility to meet the specific needs of each facility. With a wide range of capacities, they can decontaminate from 500 to 12,000 liters of effluents per hour, or from 2,500 to over 190,000 liters per day.
Designed and optimized by Actini Group, these continuous decontaminators can operate on electricity or steam, ensuring fast and efficient treatment of large effluent volumes. Their compact and fully secure design not only guarantees reliable decontamination but also protects operators, ensures environmental safety, and provides automated cycle management, integrating all process steps for complete traceability and simplified operation.
Secure & traceable effluent decontamination process
Automatic effluent decontamination process
Before contaminated effluents are admitted, the decontaminator operates with water from the launch tank until flow and treatment temperature values stabilize.
Once stabilization is achieved, the effluents are sent into the system, heated to the required treatment temperature for the specified time, and then discharged to the sewer.
In case of loss of the treatment setpoint or chamber value (measured by the flow meter), the system automatically diverts the effluents to the storage tank, then switches to a sanitation cycle, followed by a washing cycle if necessary.
After successful sanitation, a new decontamination cycle can automatically start if effluent treatment is required.
At the end of the cycle, the machine systematically performs a sanitation cycle followed by a washing cycle if needed, ensuring the system is fully decontaminated and ready for the next cycle.
