As an integral part of our Standard range, the ULTIBATCH works on the basis of a batch processing system thanks to the Cyclobatch technology patented by ACTINI. This unique technology achieves heating performance unmatched by conventional heating technologies.

Operation

Particularly suitable for the treatment of effluents containing particles or with variable viscosity

Patented tangential steam injection heating technology generates cyclonic agitation within the process vessel, allowing faster and more homogeneous heating to the centre of the vessel

Validation of effluent treatment efficiency by sensors and temperature control at multiple points (including the coldest point).

Fully automated, the supervision controls each step (from the collection of the contaminated liquid to the discharge of the decontaminated liquid) for safe operation and total traceability. The cycles are managed by PLC and are controlled via a touch screen located on the front of the control cabinet.

Options

Energy recovery section reduces steam and chilled water consumption (only available with the double process tank model).

Steam generator for customers who do not have steam on site

Effluent Transfer System for System Feed

Mobile CIP System: Mounted on wheels, the mobile CIP allows for complete cleaning of the system and can be stored during normal operation and moved close to equipment during cleaning cycles
