Manufacturing & Factory acceptance test

Because a well-built system means rapid validation and reduced time-to-market for your products, all our teams attach particular importance to this stage, bringing rigor, quality and control to every stage of the manufacturing process, from receipt of components to the test and factory phase, including, of course, assembly and skid mounting.

Our production sites

Actini Group is a major player in the manufacture of heat treatment equipment.
The company has four production units, located in Europe (three sites) and the United States (one site).

Our workshops include heat exchanger manufacturing, passivation areas, electrical assembly, and assembly, where our machines take shape. In addition, whether standard or custom equipment, our quality assurance system guarantees that your order is fulfilled in accordance with good manufacturing practices. It also ensures that your equipment meets your expectations and specifications.

Fabrication and assembly

Our teams have advanced qualifications and skills to guarantee the quality of your equipment.

  • Welding & polishing: welder qualifications, orbital welding, TIG/MAG welding, mechanical polishing, mirror polishing with controlled Ra.
  • Automation & control
  • Quality & compliance: ensured through equipment compliance with quality assurance, including material traceability, endoscopic inspection, non-destructive testing, and radiography.
  • Certification: all our operations are ISO 9001 V2015 certified.

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

At the end of the manufacturing process, all our equipment is factory-tested before shipment to ensure compliance with specifications and validate performance. This includes the following stages:

  • Pre-FAT
  • Verification of machine conformity to specifications
  • FAT Clients based on FAT protocols
