Manufacturing and Factory acceptance test

ACTINI’s history as a manufacturer dates back to 1936. A key player in the manufacture of heat treatment equipment, the ACTINI Group has three production units: two in Europe and one in the United States.

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

At the end of the manufacturing process, all our equipment is factory-tested before shipment to ensure compliance with specifications and validate performance. This includes the following stages:

  • Static FAT
  • Dynamic FAT
  • Thermal mapping
  • Documentary validation
