Pendular Mechanical or magnetic coupling
The Zyma’One is the ideal solution for laboratories and R&D teams looking to quickly start cultures in small volumes without compromising on quality. Autoclavable and standardized, it integrates seamlessly into your existing work environments for immediate use.
Capacity: 2, 4, or 8 L
Culture types: Enzymes, bacteria, fungi & cell cultures
Cleaning: Manual or washer
Sterilization: Autoclave
The Zyma’One is an autoclavable fermenter designed to offer maximum flexibility in both research and development. Its design allows for a wide variety of applications and configurations, easily adapting to the specific requirements of each project.
Its snap-fit assembly and disassembly system is a real operational advantage in day-to-day use. Without tools, in just a few simple steps, the operator can assemble or disassemble the fermenter in minimal time, significantly reducing preparation time between two cultures. This system also facilitates access to different parts of the vessel for cleaning and sterilization, minimizing hard-to-reach areas and the risk of cross-contamination. In the autoclave, the complete disassembly of the equipment ensures uniform and reliable sterilization of every component. Beyond the time savings, this also provides significant convenience for teams who handle the equipment multiple times a day.
Its modern interface ensures precise and user-friendly control of all fermentation parameters. Finally, thanks to its robustness and the quality of its materials, the Zyma’One guarantees long-term reliability, even in the most demanding environments.
The Zyma’One, developed by Actini Group, a French specialist in thermal processing with over 70 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food industries, features a self-contained condenser based on Peltier technology. Unlike conventional cooling systems that require connection to an external chilled water supply, this thermoelectric module operates completely autonomously: powered by electricity, it creates a temperature difference between its two sides, with one absorbing the heat generated by the equipment and the other dissipating it.
This principle, with no moving mechanical parts, ensures quiet, reliable operation without heavy maintenance, making it particularly well-suited for laboratory or production environments where utility resources (water, steam) are limited or difficult to deploy. It is a concrete response to Actini’s commitment to designing equipment that is more energy-efficient, more compact, and easier to install, in line with our 100% French engineering approach.
