Operation

  • Continuous agitation: Provided by an integrated recirculation pump, optionally combined with a crusher for solid or fibrous effluents, maintaining mixture homogeneity and preventing sedimentation.
  • Tangential steam injection: Ensures fast, uniform, controlled heating with instantaneous steam-fluid mixing and optimal heat transfer. Continuous dynamic agitation is maintained throughout decontamination.
  • Full cycle control: Temperature is regulated via an integrated heat exchanger. A special control valve prevents system blockages.
