The position is based in Évian (74) and is available immediately under a permanent contract (CDI). Attractive compensation depending on your experience, including a fixed salary and a variable component with travel bonuses, for a gross annual salary ranging from €35,000 to €50,000.

Your responsibilities

You will report to the Customer Service Manager and work within the after-sales service (SAV) team of around ten people.

Main missions

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance on installed equipment
  • Manage the follow-up of your interventions, reports, and communication with clients
  • Handle administrative processing of spare parts quotations and orders
  • Participate in assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning of laboratory units
  • Due to the international scope of the Actini Group, you will travel to client sites in France and abroad (60–70% of the time)

Key activities

  • Carry out preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance operations on client sites
  • Commission installations after maintenance operations
  • Perform testing
  • Write reports and technical documentation (manuals, protocols)
  • Read and interpret P&IDs, functional analyses, and electrical diagrams
  • Perform wiring modifications on electrical panels and peripherals
  • Act as the interface with clients and communicate in English
  • Prepare quotations and spare parts lists

Your profile

  • Education: 2-year degree (Bac +2) in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance; knowledge of automation is a strong advantage
  • Required qualities: rigor, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and autonomy
  • English required: reading, writing, and speaking
