The position is based in Évian (74) and is available immediately as a permanent position. Attractive compensation based on your experience, consisting of a fixed salary and a variable component including travel allowances, for a gross annual salary between €35,000 and €42,000.

Assignments

You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director within the sales department, which consists of about fifteen people. Your role will be to assist the sales representatives throughout the sales process and serve as a liaison with the sales administration team; you will work in tandem with another sales assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes, quote amendments, and bid documents and forward them to the client
  • Verify the compliance of contracts, acknowledge receipt, and forward order files to the Sales Administration department
  • Track sales activities in the CRM system
  • Organize client visits
  • Manage the sales department’s switchboard
  • Make outbound calls as part of prospecting or follow-up efforts

Your profile

Education: Sales (2–3 years of post-secondary education, depending on profile)

Professional Skills:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French is required.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
