Integrated into a design office team of six people and supervised by the Head of the Design Office, you will actively participate in the different phases of design and project preparation in industrial boiler-making.

Tasks:

• 3D design and modeling of components and assemblies in boiler-making, sheet metal work, piping, pressure equipment (PED), and custom machines
• Creation of 2D drawings for manufacturing (general arrangements, detailed drawings, isometrics, bills of materials) in compliance with standards and technical constraints
• Participation in feasibility studies, technical choices, and material selection
• Generation of manufacturing orders using our ERP system to initiate procurement and production processes
• Preparation of technical files and documents required for manufacturing (bending drawings, cutting lists, technical instructions, welding specifications)
• Collaboration with production workshops, project managers, and suppliers to ensure consistency between design and manufacturing
• Monitoring project developments and updating technical documentation

Main actions:

• Produce 3D drawings of piping and equipment
• Create isometric drawings
• Prepare welding documentation
• Develop layout drawings for installing our machines at client sites
• Define machine components while respecting budget constraints
• Analyze specifications and technical requirements
• Draft specifications for sourcing components
• Verify product compliance with manufacturing documentation
• Propose and justify technical solutions

• Education: Vocational baccalaureate in industrial boiler-making (TCI)
