Our working conditions

  • 38h45 workweek (full-time)
  • Daytime work, Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 7:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday), and Friday morning from 7:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
  • Overtime recovery system

The position is based in Mâcon (71) and is available immediately under a permanent contract (CDI). Attractive salary based on experience, including a fixed and variable component, with a gross annual salary ranging from €28,000 to €33,000.

Assignments

You will report to the Production Manager and work within the workshop team of around twenty people. You will carry out assembly and production tasks such as manufacturing mechanical parts, surface treatment, mechanical assembly, handling, and transport.

Main actions:

  • Pickling and passivation of parts
  • Packaging for shipment
  • Delivery and collection of parts from suppliers or subcontractors
  • Polishing and finishing of parts
  • Carry out assembly work in compliance with project constraints (technical, schedule, and budget), following instructions from the department manager
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings
  • Assemble components into sub-assemblies on-site and at customer locations
  • Cut billets using an automatic saw
  • Perform visual inspection of surface condition
  • Ensure basic maintenance of workshop machinery
  • Carry out handling operations in compliance with safety requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
