Description

Powered by steam, the MICROSTEAM decontamination system has been designed to treat and decontaminate up to 1,000 liters of effluent per day.

Its operation is comparable to that of the MICRO model. However, it works with a different heating technology and uses our patented heating process with tangential steam injection to heat the system faster and thus perform more cycles.

Microsteam model in a few lines

Cette unité compacte répond aux normes de décontamination les plus strictes, permettant ainsi une décontamination très sécurisée de vos effluents. .

  • Patented treatment technology with energy recovery
  • Compact unit that can be integrated into your laboratory or basement.
  • Meets the highest decontamination standards, allowing your staff to work safely without the use of chemicals
  • Mass production, availability from stock and tests carried out on our premises before shipment for optimal operation as soon as it is connected to customer utilities
  • Fully automatic operation with cycle management fully managed by the on-board PLC
  • In the absence of steam available on site, a steam generator can be integrated into a specifically dedicated location.

Layout

Model with 700 litre tank (with filter): • Dimensions (mm): 1.320 x 1.930 • Height (mm) : 2.220 Model with 1,000 litre tank (with filter): • Dimensions (mm): 1.320 x 1.930 • Height (mm) : 2.360

Operation

  • Patented tangential steam injection heating technology generates cyclonic agitation within the process vessel, allowing faster and more homogeneous heating to the centre of the vessel
  • Effluent reception in a 700 litre buffer tank (1,000 litres optional)
  • Filling of storage and treatment tanks by gravity
  • Automatic start of the cycle according to the level of effluent in the tank
  • Effluent preheating thanks to an energy recovery section
  • Effluent treatment in a decontamination tank (patented system) with steam heating technology
  • Validation of sensor-based decontamination
    Effluent Discharge Authorization
Cooling of effluent before discharge (several scales possible)
    CIP of the treatment tank

  • Fully automated, the supervision controls each step (from the collection of the contaminated liquid to the discharge of the decontaminated liquid) for safe operation and total traceability.  The cycles are managed by PLC and are controlled via a touch screen located on the front of the equipment.
