Boilermaker welder (H/F)

You report to the head of the manufacturing department, made up of 6 people, within the production team.
• You shape and TIG weld parts from stainless steel sheets, profiles and tubes.
• You use 2D, 3D or PID plans to build parts or networks.
The position is based in EVIAN (74) and is to be filled as soon as possible, in the form of a permanent contract.
Attractive remuneration depending on your experience composed of a fixed salary and a variable part, i.e. a gross annual salary of between €25,000 and €35,000.

Tasks

  • Assemble using various processes (TIG tacking, TIG welding, bolting, etc.) frames, structures, monotubular exchangers, piping subassemblies
  • Carry out forming operations (sheet and tube)
  • Organize the work environment
  • Carry out non-destructive testing (video endoscopy, pressure and direct visual tests)
  • Finishing boiler works Carry out the tracing of the part
  • Carry out calibration operations
  • Carry out first level maintenance work and ensure monitoring of industrial equipment
  • Check the conformity of the parts produced by applying the rules of self-checking

  • Temporary reinforcement to the assembly department at the request of the schedule to carry out piping and welding missions

Required profile

  • Training: CAP/BEP at Bac pro boilermaking, locksmithing, welding or piping.
  • Significant experience in a boilermaker role (2 to 3 years).
  • You master TIG welding with and without filler metal.
  • Qualities required for the position: team spirit, skillful, rigorous and autonomous
