ACTINI offers all-integrated processing lines from handling, breaking, egg separating, storage, pasteurizing, filling of the liquid egg to the spray drying and filling into powder.

At the core of the process, our unique patented pasteurizing and drying technologies will enable you to produce safe and high quality processed egg complying with the most stringent standards of big food companies.

Conveying / Washing

 

Breaking

• Higher product recovery in the cups: 1% of liquid egg saved
• Optimal separation between Yolk and White (special cracking angle)
• Automatic detection and diversion of Yolk in White
• Better quality of White with highest fat free standards
• No need of human operator

Filtration

• Filtration system coupled with cooling
• Specific tubular design to cool the liquid while letting shells residue go through
• Standard plate design available
• Cold filtration to minimize the risks of bacterial development in the filter

Storage

• Once filtered, liquid egg is stored in buffer tanks to reach a security volume enabling to be independent between breaking and pasteurization
• Pasteurizer will be fed automatically

Inline dosing and standardization

• Dosing of additives such as salt, sugar, xanthane…
• Standardization of Yolk and Whole
• Automatic in line adjustment of solid content (for instance: Yolk 43% and Whole egg 24%)
