Our Working Conditions

  • 38h45 weekly package (Full-time)

  • Daytime work, Monday to Friday

  • Working hours: 7:15 am–12 pm // 1 pm–5 pm from Monday to Thursday, and Friday morning from 7:15 am to 12:15 pm

  • Overtime compensation system

  • The position is based in Mâcon (71) and is available immediately under a permanent contract.

  • Attractive remuneration depending on experience, including a fixed salary and a variable component, for an annual gross salary between €28,000 and €33,000.

Your Missions

You will report to the Production Manager within the workshop, which consists of around twenty people.
You will carry out assembly and production work such as mechanical parts manufacturing, surface treatment, mechanical assembly, handling, transport, etc.

Main responsibilities:

  • Pickling and passivation of parts

  • Packaging for shipment

  • Delivery and collection of parts from suppliers or subcontractors

  • Polishing and finishing of parts

  • Perform assembly work in compliance with project constraints (technical, scheduling, budget) following the instructions and directives of the department manager

  • Read and interpret assembly drawings

  • Assemble components to obtain sub-assemblies on-site and at customer locations

  • Cut billets using the automatic saw

  • Perform visual inspection of surface conditions

  • Ensure first-level maintenance of workshop machinery

  • Carry out handling operations in accordance with required certifications

  • Contribute to the company’s continuous improvement process
