• Package 38h75 per week (Full time)
• Daytime work, Monday to Friday
• Flexible working hours Monday to Friday, with a minimum attendance time of 8am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 4:30pm

The position is based in Macon (71) and is available as soon as possible on a permanent contract.
Attractive remuneration based on experience, comprising a fixed salary and a variable component, representing a gross annual salary of between €32,000 and €45,000.

You will join TCM’s “Mechanical Design Office” team and will be responsible for dimensioning our equipment, producing calculation notes and preparing manufacturing files.

You will be part of a department comprising a department manager, a project manager, three design technicians and an IWT. The three pillars of the department are innovation, ease of manufacturing and respect for both planning and budgetary commitments.

Main actions

• Analyze specifications and technical specifications
• Integrate the department manager’s requests to meet project deadlines and budgets
• Produce equipment designs on SolidWorks (piping / frames / tanks, etc.). )
• Produce layout drawings for our machines at our customers’ sites
• Prepare BOMs to assess supply requirements, and select suppliers
• Ensure consistency between budget / BOM cost – BOM lead time / expected lead time before transferring to ERP
• Finalize manufacturing file for buyer and production
• Support production and correct any errors during manufacturing
• Propose and argue a technical solution
• Design according to Codap and ASMEL construction codes Tasks entrusted

• Training: Digital product or mechanical system modeler
• Skills or knowledge in finite element calculation would be a real plus
