Customer Service Technician

You report to the Customer Service Manager.

The international scope of the Actini Group will lead you to travel regularly to all of its customer sites (60% of the time).

The position is based in EVIAN (74) and is to be filled as soon as possible, in the form of a permanent contract.

Attractive remuneration depending on your experience composed of a fixed salary and a variable part, i.e. a gross annual salary of between €30,000 and €45,000.

• Ensure preventive, curative and improvement maintenance of the installed machinery
• Take charge of the follow-up of your interventions, reports and communications with customers.
• Carry out the administrative processing of offers and orders for spare parts.
• Participate in the assembly, testing, installation and commissioning of laboratory units.

• Bac +2 training: Electrical engineering or electromechanics or BTS industrial maintenance, or a significant experience of 5 years.
• Knowledge of automation is a real advantage.
• Mobility at customer sites (Europe, Asia, North America and South America).
• Qualities required for the position: rigour, adaptability, interpersonal skills and autonomy.
• English required: reading, speaking, writing.
