The Agrolactor®, designed and developed by the Groupe ACTINI, is a vegetal milk production plant using a unique and patented process, which allows to produce vegetal milk in a continuous way, directly from dry beans

The production is carried out in a continuous way, giving the outlet milk an always constant organoleptic, bacteriological and dietetic quality.

Technical characteristics

Assembled on a one-piece unit, the AGROLACTOR® gathers numerous components which ensure the functions required for the production of a vegetal milk:

  • The dosing and crushing of the beans
  • The extraction of the vegetal milk
  • The recovery of the Okara
  • The flavor incorporation
  • The high temperature pasteurization
  • The cooling

Fully automatic, it also gives the possibility for the operating agent to define the quantity of beans to crush in accordance with the required flow rate and quality of the milk.

  Composition
  • Cleaning and starting tank
  • Beans incorporation hopper
  • Dosing and crushing unit
  • Double filtration in series (Okara / vegetal milk)
  • Product / hot water tubular pasteurization section
  • Flash tubular cooling exchanger
  • Electrical heating system and regulation of the water in the pasteurization section
  • Circulation pumps
  • The electrical components for the control and regulation, the valves and the piping..

Optional components :

  • Flavor or syrup preparation tank with dosing pump
  • Frigorific compressor, with air condensor, connected to the cooling exchanger.
  • Water sterilizer by ultra-violets

Advantages of the process

Profitability :

  • 1 kg of beans can generate over 7 liters of vegetal milk (one single Agrolactor® produces the equivalent of 360 dairy cows)
  • Low energy consumption
  • Maximal efficiency thanks to the crushing - filtration operating system (patented by ACTINI). Besides its classical functions, this system allows to reduce the quantity of non-nutritional factors from the crushing and to realize the deaerating (tastes and smells elimination) while filtrating
  • Possible use as an extra activity to produce and treat fruit juices, animal milks., additional productions in order to make the equipment more profitable.
  • The cost price of a liter of vegetal milk is three times lower than the one of a milk from an animal origin.
