Design of the exchangers

Heating systems

Steam : the overheated water process (AES) consists in injecting regulated steam into a water loop circulating in the double shell (external tube) of the Actitube® exchanger. A steam nozzle makes the diffusion in the heating fluid easier. This overheated water allows the heat treatment of the liquid product circulating in the inside aseptic tube
Its pieces of equipment are silent and its extended range of nozzles guarantees the precision in the temperature control.
Hot water : electrical pasteurizers (AEC)ACTINI SA also designs pasteurizers using a hot water (AEC) heating module functioning with electrical immersion heaters..
