Operating principle

In laminar flow (number of Reynolds < 2100), the heat exchange rates are far much lower than in a turbulent one.
•
The tubes with modified geometry have been designed in order to increase the global exchange rate and for a "core" treatment and homogenization.

In these tubes, the exchange surface is indeed higher in comparison with the volume of treated product.
