ADVANTAGES OF FILTERING AFTER COOLING
Filters retains micro-shells which are highly contaminated. Usually, the filter is located before the cooler at 16°C what increases the contamination of the product.
Thanks to the tubular design of our cooler which cools down to 4°C, the filter can be placed afterwards , thus preventing from the development of bacteria in the filter and a contamination of the product
MANUAL CLEANING
The filter is made of two stainless steel cartridges set up in parallel; if a cartridge has to be manually cleaned, the second one keeps on working.
A manometer controls the pressure to decide when the cleaning of the cartridge is required.
AUTOMATIC SELF-CLEANING
The filtering system can be composed of 3 circuits:
One for whole egg
One for white egg
One for yolk
On each circuit, a sensor detects when shells have to be removed thanks to an automatic control scrape
