ACTIJOULE PATENTED PASTEURIZATION TECHNOLOGY
- The ACTINI’s heating processes allow a direct heating with a very accurate regulation
- The liquid circulates through stainless steel tubes acting as a low voltage electrical power source
- Sanitation at 121°C before production
- The product is heated by absorption of the energy generated by the Joule effect in the tubes
ZOOM ON THE ACTIFLASH ® HEATING SYSTEM
5 m/s high speed system
- The circulation of the product at very high speeds in the tube creates a “Kärcher” effect which avoids the deposits
- The ultra-short treatment time prevents from the coagulation of the proteins
- The turbulence is maximum and heat transfer coefficient is very high; this make a minimal difference of temperature between the tube and the product

Homogenizer
Homogenisation of the product by a mechanical action in order to obtain the split and mix of the macro-particles. This leads to have an homogenous phase, a decrease of the fouling and a guarantee that the treatment is done inside the product .
